There’s not a speck of your physical body that’s not made of star matter. The same atomic structure, the same gravitational pull that binds stars into systems, systems into galaxies. We are not separate.
Our nearest planets, luminaries and celestial bodies court us in every moment, each holding it’s own unique vibration. Each frequency imbued with qualities that activate aspects of our own personality.
Reading natal charts is an exquisite gift of mine. During my studies I fell into a slipstream of remembrance. Something in my soul knew how to read charts. When staring at a chart I receive visions, sacred symbols and animal guides. Technically, I don’t understand it. Intuitively, I relish it.
Within these sessions, we’ll anchor into the clarity of who you are and what you are here for. We’ll use your natal chart, current astrological transits, progressed and predictive charts.

Oh darling, this is the elegant way to heal.
Trauma-informed and nervous system led, our bodies hold such sweet wisdom. All that we need to amplify the song of our soul exists within us. We don’t need to be coached, pushed or challenged, but rather to allow softness, stillness and love to strike the parts of us that have recoiled into darkness.
Somatic Bibliotherapy™ is my heartfelt response to over a decade of practising naturopathy and astrology, and witnessing how unintegrated stories could cause bodily dis-ease. If we can free the stories, healing can follow. Within the ache, shines the medicine.
During our session, you’ll melt into a luxurious river of bliss, releasing your mind of it’s defences. I’ll hold immaculate space while you speak your story, in all it’s textural glory. We’ll explore the sensations of the body and that which wishes to be given voice.
I’ll share sacred texts, poem, story and lyric. Words to elicit emotional and bodily responses, and then through unbridled movement and sacred dance you’ll experience catharsis, or the unlocking of that which has held you captive.
It’s primal. It’s luscious. It’s shadow-work at it’s finest.

The Great Arcs are a series of in depth, heart-centred programs, with integration essential to the core. While the synopsis is rich with narrative, you -the hero- are the ultimate author of the story. Each week is an offering, every session is an enquiry into the depths of you, your yearnings and
the thrill of free will.
There is no one outcome to aspire to. There are no goals that need to be achieved. This is a sensory rich, experiential paradigm shift. Your divine soul may play and interact with the program however you choose.
My role is purely a devotional act; to deliver the deepest, most succulent morsels for you to devour.

The Initiation;
Week One- Zyzygy
The ‘yoke’, or coming together. Within this space we commit to the great union of therapeutic relationship, through the lens of your astrological birth chart, and where you are, right now, in the procession of your life. (Zoom session)
Week Two- The Waters of Nun
In Egyptian Mythology, Nun were the waters dark that were the home for nothingness. It was the beginning, or before the beginning. Yet nothing was to birth everything. And the beginning would also be the eternal. The nature of nothingness and the void as the ultimate vessel for be-ing. (Zoom session)
Week Four- Soma
The temporal delights of the flesh. How do we honour this sacred vessel? How do adorn her, nourish her, revere her? The aching divinity that is the body, that holds our shame, holds the shame of our ancestors, holds the trauma of being incarnate. And yet, within the ache is the medicine. (Zoom session)
Week Six- Echolalia
There are words of the soul that long to be heard. Sometimes they will repeat themselves, over and over in your dreams. Other times, when you are still and attuned to your cells the word will reveal itself, only to be dismissed as ‘oh, that again’. Witnessing the language of the body. (Zoom session)
Pathway One- The Way of Making Things Matter
Matter matters. We are divine beings immersed in a human experience. The flesh and sinew of our bodies, the tangible and temporal cells of our skin. Creation, and creativity, is a sublime gift specific to the Earth plane. To create, to be in creation and in relationship with our imaginings, to draw them through and make them manifest as even angels watch on, in awe.
